Our earliest days on the web had our radio stations
focused on how to take a new medium and adapt our stations look and feel
to the web. Early efforts on the web were not about content as much as
what the site “looked like”. A mixture of big, bold graphics and
influences from the world of print. It was not unusual to hear “above
the fold” when taking about a promotion or placement of a clients
display ad. Today’s typical radio station web site is often a series of
big graphical blocks that many stations call content.
