Many people are using MSN Messenger but there is not much tools for it. Today I found a way to send anonymous messages to any MSN messengers users regardless of whether or not they are currently on your list, or have you blocked. If the .NET Passport address you specified can receive anonymous messages, your anonymous message will be sent.
