It is important you provide your freight forwarder with the maximum amount of information about the consignment to allow them to provide adequate and suitable suggestions. You should also allow them to have a desired collection and delivery date to aid them plan the best route to your shipment. A forwarder who is unable or unwilling to help this way may not have enough experience practical or just does not necessarily care enough. You would be better off to remain your search if this is what you find.
