When people gain weight, we always tell
ourselves to go on a diet, exercise, and live healthy.  But we never actually do those things and we
gain more pounds because we get depressed just by thinking we are getting
fatter and fatter.  I guess we don't
really get to lose weight because we don't have the right reasons for it.
