During the national anthem at Chicago Blackhawks home games, the fans not only rise, but cheer, hoot and holler at the top of their lungs. On Tuesday night, the capacity crowd at the United Center might have been as loud as it has ever been in welcoming home its team, off to one of the hottest starts in N.H.L. history.
