How do you appeal to the Public Utilities Commission ?

 If you believe that your PUC has violated your utility rights, or has not followed the right procedure in terminating your connection you can appeal to the state PUC. First make sure that you utility is governed by the local PUC. A municipality or a cooperative may not be governed by them and you need to find out how exactly the appeal process is with them. Sometimes contacting your mayors office or city council members will be sufficient.
