PANAJI: Stating that the Jansampark Abhiyan of the Bharatiya
Janata Party, which travelled around Goa during last 15 days has greatly
succeeded in establishing direct dialogue between the party and the
people,

the senior BJP leader, Mr M Venkaiah Naidu on Monday said the second
phase of the BJP government in the state would complete the
revolutionary transformation of Goa towards its progress and
development, which had begun during the first phase under the leadership
of the then chief minister, Mr Manohar Parrikar.
"Corruption and price rise would be the two major issues on which BJP
will contest assembly election in the state," he added.
Addressing a large gathering at a public meeting in Mapusa commemorating
the culmination of the Jansampark Abhiyan, Mr Naidu said the Congress
has no moral right to approach people and seek votes, as it has messed
up the process of progress and development of the state, during past
five years.
