Yahoo! UK and Overture, its sister company, were sued by Victor Wilson, the owner of a London catering business, for displaying advertising for some other companies when words that he had registered as trade marks for his company were introduced in the search box. ‘Mr Spicy’ was what the whole fuss was all about, and the ads for the Sainsbury Supermarket and price comparison site PriceGrabber.co.uk were displayed because both of them sponsored the word ‘spicy’.

Wellbutrin has been successful in the treatment of depression, ADD, and ADHD for quite sometime. Many claim they feel much better as a result and are able to do such things as concentrate better, think more clearly, and their mood is more upbeat. However, like its sister drug Zyban; many claim that Wellbutrin helped them to stop smoking. Doctors have begun prescribing it for this very reason. As for why the drug is successful in smoking cessation, no one really knows. read more »

Live from the 2008 Weblog Awards: I'm so very pleased to announce that Lifehacker was just awarded the title of Best Computer or Technology Weblog! Adam, Tamar, and Gina are here at the South by Southwest Interactive festival in Austin, Texas, where some incredible web writers and designers were honored in over 30 categories in the Bloggies.
