Based on reports from our email inbox, it sounds as if lots of Gmailers—including Google Apps users—saw the upgrade to the latest version of Gmail this weekend. You're using the new version if you have access to label colors, and an "Older Version" link on the upper-right hand side of the page inside Gmail. So, we want to know:

So, here we go, another version of Google Talk beside the three ones that were already available on the web: Gmail Chat, the main Google Talk application and the iGoogle gadget that lets you talk with your friends straight from your personalized homepage. Google Talk, Labs Edition is the Mountain View-based company's last attempt to attract more instant messaging fans, the application providing several features as the gadget includes emoticons and group chat.

The Mountain View-based company Google is expected to roll out a new version of Google Earth later today, according to rumors launched by the Google Earth Blog. At this time, there's no download link available and the old download page gets you to the old 4.2.205.5730 version released back in November 2007. Those who say that Wikipedia isn't one of the most important web services nowadays should think twice. Because it surely is. But this is not enough and Wikimedia Foundation which owns Wikipedia is planning to do even more than that. According to several reports, Wikipedia will be released in printed version in Germany as soon as September and will be sold for 19.95 euros. Wikipedia receiving as much as $1.59 per copy, the San Francisco Chronicle informs.

We gave you the heads-up on the release of Google Earth 5.0 last week, now we've taken it for a test drive in the PCMag Labs. To recap, the 5th version of Google Earth adds the ability to explore the Oceans and Mars, as well as a Historical Imagery feature that lets you view satellite imagery from the past, going as far back at the 1950's in some places. read more »
