It is very normal that in the end of every year you feel tired, powerless, and dream about a sip of fresh air. However, this could easily be changed if you separate, at least an hour every day to work out.
Scientists from University of Bristol, in England, did a study which clearly showed that employees who work out before going to work, or during lunch breaks, tend to have more power during the whole day. I know that this might sound absurd to many of you and you can tell yourself “ Yeah, right. To wake up early in the morning and to go work out? This could never happen, I am tired enough from all the work I have to do during the day.” Wrong!
