In 1996 Noel Norwood and Mike Cannetti purchased their first two
Texas franchises in Midland and Odessa. They expanded franchises in
Lubbock, Amarillo , Conroe and San Angelo. They formed West Texas PAL,
Inc. which owns and operates these six Pop-A-Lock franchises today.
They offer Auto Locksmith Services, Residential Locksmith
Services, and Commercial Locksmith Services, Re-key Services, Car Door
Unlocks, House unlocks, Commercial Unlocks, Emergency Unlocks.
When we met Noel and Mike they expressed frustration on their high
spending Marketing dollars with Yellow Pages and on the very low or no
returns. They felt it is time for them to look for new Marketing arenas
that are cost effective and also help them grow and gain more sales.
