price is 1259 euros per square meter.House prices in Zagreb decreased by 8.7 percent compared to the previous year.But property prices on Adriatic almost did not change in May,

the previous year are cheaper by 4.6 percent.The average price of holiday houses and apartments on the sea is 1976
euros per square mete, 0.4 percent more than in the previous month.
