Since my ringing in the ear was caused by hearing problems which was
irreversible, I had no other option but to make use of treatments. 
Treatments like acupuncture, acupressure, relaxation, herbal remedies,
homeopathy, tinnitus masking therapy, tinnitus retraining therapy,
etc.  But white noise tinnitus masking gave me the best results.
