This is my 3rd Player. I've learned not to the firmware upgrade EVER! For the first time it is to stop Blue Ray discs could only play normal DVDs. Customer service was quick and polite, but do not offer solutions but to turn the power back. Unit # 2 After 1 month decided to go on and update the firmware, what the hell was the first time it is probably a fluke. NOT! 3. After the firmware update, the system stops working completely - for a 3rd Unit returned. Unit # 3 - Everything seems to go well, but I hate having to carefully select the "NO" option for upgrading my firmware. I've noticed that sometimes the video stops (freezes) when playing HD Netflix content. It may be an overheating problem. I would recommend that you test yourself by determining a few HD Netflix movies in order to determine whether you have the same problem. read more »
